Shipping Policy

We ship all our products worldwide. If you cannot select your shipping location, please send us an email at: hello@thisisastrality.com.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country and will be calculated at checkout.

Standard Shipping:

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the delivery address, usually between 3-4 business days.

Returns:

We operate a print on demand business model. This means all products are produced upon request when you place an order with us and the product is customised according to your specification. Therefore we do not offer withdrawal of your purchase and general returns. If your received product is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service at info@creatorstudio.com.

How do I report an issue with ordered products?

If you have received a faulty product, contact us via e-mail and include the following to submit a claim:

- Your 13 digit order number from Shopify (Note that 4-digt number is not enough)
- Submit clear photos of the full garment and close up photos of the issue
- Product name (if your order has more than 1 product
- Clear description of the issue(s) with the product or print

If we deem the item faulty, we will attempt to deliver a replacement for the faulty item. If a redelivery is not possible, you will be provided a full refund of the price of the product. We will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If your payment method is invoice you will receive a credit note that can be deducted for your next transfer.

As soon as we receive the returned item, we will inspect it briefly and then immediately process the refund using the payment method you selected during checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a direct exchange for a different size or color. In this case, you would need to place a new order.
